Vervida

Make the healthy choice easier to live.

An AI-powered fitness and nutrition system connecting meal planning, training, schedules, progress, groceries, and guidance.

Product scope

Web / iOS / Android

The origin

Health plans often fail at coordination. Workouts, meals, groceries, schedules, and progress live in separate apps, leaving the user to translate good intentions into a workable week.

Vervida began as an attempt to remove the repeated planning overhead between knowing what to do and fitting it into real life.

Principle

A sustainable health product should adapt to the person’s constraints and make consistency feel practical, not punish imperfect weeks.

The response

A connected system, designed around the actual decision.

Vervida combines training and nutrition planning with scheduling, progress context, grocery preparation, and AI guidance in one coordinated mobile experience.

Product shape

Core workflows

01

Coordinated planning

Connects meals, workouts, and calendar constraints inside a single weekly view.

02

Practical nutrition

Turns meal choices into an actionable grocery plan rather than an isolated menu.

03

Progress context

Pairs tracked progress with the plan that produced it.

04

Adaptive guidance

Uses AI to help revise a plan when time, preferences, or routines change.

Interactive product stage

A guided handoff to the protected production app.

Vervida is deployed and responsive. Its production security policy intentionally blocks third-party framing, so the portfolio provides a guided preview and a direct first-party launch.

Guided product boundary

Continue into the production experience.

This guided stage describes the deployed product boundary. Vervida deliberately blocks third-party framing, so the real responsive application opens directly in its own secure tab.

Vervida's production CSP and X-Frame-Options permit only same-origin framing. The portfolio respects that protection and never attempts to bypass it.

Test and deployment evidence

What was verified.

Product-level release evidence is kept separate from the portfolio integration checks performed in this repository.

Deployment
Production App Hosting origin returned HTTP 200 on 8 August 2026.
Product E2E
The supplied Vervida release record reports 18/18 Playwright checks passing.
Browser coverage
Chromium, Firefox, WebKit, Pixel 7, iPhone 15, and iPad Pro were covered by the supplied production-readiness record.
Integration
Production CSP and X-Frame-Options require a first-party direct launch; the portfolio preserves that security boundary.

Technical focus

Decisions that shape the product

Interdependent domains

Scheduling, nutrition, and training are modeled as related systems rather than separate features.

Mobile-first workflow

The experience is optimized for planning at home and checking actions while moving.

Resilient state

The application design accounts for interrupted sessions and changing real-world plans.

Evolution

From friction to system

  1. 01

    Planning friction

Identified the manual work needed to coordinate training and nutrition.

  2. 02

    Connected week

Designed a weekly model tying schedules, food, and exercise together.

  3. 03

    Flexible guidance

Explored assistance that adapts plans without replacing user agency.

Lessons learned

  • 01Health plans become useful only when they reflect time, access, preferences, and energy.
  • 02Cross-domain features require a consistent source of truth for the weekly plan.
  • 03Encouraging language is part of the product logic, not merely presentation.
